Individual Agent:
1.     $400 a month. NO CAP!
2.    Keep 100% of your commission.
3.    Transaction coordination services available at $350 for buyer/seller file, double ended transaction available at $500. If the transaction doesn’t close you do not pay.
4.    $100 transaction fee.

Teams:
1.     $400 team leader a month. $400 team member a month. NO CAP!
